Advanced Junior Development

This program is for the advanced competitive player with national, southern, or state rankings.  Emphasis is on advanced techniques of point play through “live ball” drills, where the players rally amongst themselves.  This “live ball” teaching approach is more realistic and simulates actual match conditions.
